Sales Manager - Renewables - UK - Remote with travel
An exciting opportunity has come up for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join a world leading green technology company that provides cutting edge renewables solutions to a range customers.
As the Sales Manager you will be focused on driving revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the utility scale BESS space across the UK and Nordics. You will have a strong idea of the renewable space along with a decent network, which you will continue to develop as you expand the businesses portfolio across the market.
Key responsibilities will include developing and executing a strategic sales plan, collaborating with cross functional teams, delivering sales presentations and proposals, sales forecasting, and data analysis.
Essentials skills and experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in the renewable sales space
- Good knowledge of either BESS, Wind, or Solar, with direct experience selling utility scale solutions
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Energetic and driven, with a results-oriented mindset, and history of exceeding sales targets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Batchelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to travel country wide and sometimes internationally to visit clients
