We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Business Executive to join our Commercial Sales team. Your role will support business growth by cultivating solid relationships with our clients from the first contact until the close of the deal and developing new business opportunities. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-centric environment, you could be a perfect match for our sales team.

Essential Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Proactively generate leads and expand Outernet's customer base through networking events and research, initiating contact with the right prospects.
  2. Scheduling and attending calls and meetings, conducting presentations, following up with clients, collecting feedback, and maintaining business relationships.
  3. Confidently sell Outernet’s proposition and deliver on sales-focused KPIs.
  4. Deliver the highest level of service to key clients and agencies through attentive account management and a thorough and efficient understanding/representation of client requirements, ensuring that Outernet becomes a partner of choice and secures repeat business.
  5. Support the team and contribute to hitting annual sales targets, always striving to deliver maximum revenue for the company.
  6. Maintain accurate sales reporting information, including inputting all sales opportunities into the early-stage pipeline in our CRM and maintaining opportunities in our CRM throughout the sales cycle.
  7. Comprehensive knowledge of all Outernet’s product offerings and confidently explain when showing clients Outernet and the wider District, always acting as an ambassador.
  8. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and feed information into post campaign analysis for all campaigns under a specific patch.


To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

  1. Proven work experience within an agency or media owner (2 plus years is highly desirable)
  2. Demonstrable hands-on experience using multiple sales techniques.
  3. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills with demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  4. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  5. Solid written communication skills with the ability to produce concise, informative and engaging decks and then present them.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills, research capabilities, negotiation skills, analytical capabilities and confidence with numbers.
  7. Highly desirable – skilled in CRM and lead generation platforms,
