Key Responsibilities
You will be working in our UK office, taking full ownership of projects related to our embedded finance services. As the first hire in this region, you will be instrumental in building our team and establishing our operations from scratch.
Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic direction and execution of projects to expand our embedded finance services in Europe and the UK.
Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage relationships with banking, issuing, and acquiring partners to foster business growth.
Operational Management: Ensure smooth and customer-centric operations by working closely with our Customer Support, Compliance, and Risk teams.
Product Development: Collaborate with our Product Team to design, launch, and scale new fintech services for our customers.
Executive Collaboration: Work in tandem with our leadership team to identify growth opportunities and shape the overall company strategy.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth and VC-funded fintech company.
Industry Knowledge: Expertise in fintech, BaaS, PSD2, payment processing, card issuing, and e-money.
Project Management: Demonstrated success in planning and executing projects, with a preference for experience in the fintech sector.
Passion: A strong enthusiasm for fintech products and our mission.
Analytical Skills: A numbers-driven approach with a deep understanding of relevant KPIs.
Adaptability: A creative, hands-on individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
