The role will involve:
· Creating new business prospects through your own networking and channel efforts;
· Generating leads from introducers and partners that you source and develop in the region;
· Build and develop brand presence within the region;
· Following up with new business prospects, and converting those prospects into clients;
· Developing trusted relationships with, and managing, your regional portfolio of clients to retain their business
· Leading a team of Financial Controllers and Finance Managers who will be providing services to clients;
· Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales, prospects, and activity reports;
· Achieving personal and team sales targets;
The experience you’ll need:
· Proven experience in new business sales within a consulting or professional services environment (e.g. payroll, audit, accounting, tax, legal);
· Experience of building introducer/partner networks to secure mutually beneficial introductions
· Ability to communicate, connect, present, and influence credibly at all levels of an SME organisation including C-Suite;
· Excellent oral and written communication skills;
· A natural ability to nurture and build relationships;
· Proven track record of exceeding sales goals;
· Organised, dependable, and entrepreneurial;
· Motivated self-starter, driven by results and outcome-orientated;
· Open mindset and collaborative approach with a positive attitude;
