We are looking for an L&D Consultant to join our team


Reporting directly into our Director of People Performance, you will become the driver behind delivering our 7* L&D programmes; from rookie training, to experienced onboarding, to leadership development.


You will challenge the status quo of the recruitment industry by bringing fresh ideas into the creation of our L&D programmes, creating, coordinating and delivering these to all employees across Nottingham, London & New York.

Responsibilities:


  • Advocate a culture of continuous learning
  • Deliver values (Excellence, Pioneering, Integrity & Commitment) based L&D programmes for trainee – director levels
  • Deliver & lead all on-boarding & training
  • Coordinate all on-boarding & training programmes with relevant stake holders, including notifying all managers, assigning the correct content to the correct individuals and booking in training sessions and inductions
  • Book in monthly reviews with direct managers throughout an employee’s first 12 weeks within Forsyth Barnes
  • Support the delivery of a Coaching and Mentoring programme
  • Work across the business to identify talent gaps, future development, and training needs
  • Shape and deliver bespoke learning solutions (e.g. programmes, workshops, resources, assets etc) with internal experts and/or external providers
  • Evaluate individual, team and organisational learning and development needs across key skills, specialist knowledge and behaviours
  • Distribute and monitor feedback forms, and make improvements based on insights
