Shipping Finance Paralegal

We are working with a notable global law firm in their search for an experienced Shipping Finance Paralegal to join their London office on a permanent basis. This role offers a hybrid working pattern.

The successful candidate will be working in our client's completion services team. The work will include drafting transaction documentation and assisting in the collation of KYC documentation and co-ordinating payments. Also, they will be supporting the transactional shipping team with liaising with external third parties, preparing transactional bibles, and other general paralegal and administrative duties.

Applicants should be well educated, including a bare minimum 2:1 law degree or GDL, on top of excellent A-level grades, and they should be highly organised with excellent IT skills.

Applicants must have extensive and relevant experience gained from a well-known law firm(s), with a good general knowledge of legal and maritime technology.
