They are looking for a skilled Communications and PR professional to enhance their brand visibility and manage their public relations efforts.


The Role


As the Communications and PR Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and communicating the company’s narrative, building relationships with key media outlets, and managing all external communications to enhance the brand's reputation. You’ll work closely with leadership and other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Communications: Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and PR strategy to boost brand awareness and promote the company’s projects and initiatives.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, securing coverage across relevant platforms.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of press releases, speeches, newsletters, and other communications materials to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all external communications reflect the company’s values and strengthen its brand positioning.
  • Crisis Management: Act as a spokesperson in crisis situations, ensuring clear, proactive, and effective communication.
  • Internal Communications: Support leadership with internal communication strategies to maintain employee engagement and alignment.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Communications & PR Manager or in a similar role, ideally within real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong media relations skills with a track record of securing top-tier press coverage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
