About the company:

This global client has grown to now have 10 international locations, with Nottingham being one of the UK offices. Having worked with the business before, and placed people successfully in to their workforce, we know that they offer excellent opportunities and a progressive environment. We are looking for an account manager that comes with experience working closely with customers, managing relationships, working across departments and problem solving. Part of your role will be managing contract renewals and therefore reducing churn.


Ideal Service Account Manager :

  • 3 years account management experience
  • Experience in hospitality/retail sales extremely desirable
  • Able to build strong relationships
  • Previous experience in a tech setting and therefore able to provide technical demonstrations
  • Able to facilitate onboarding process for new clients
  • Assisting in planning and attending trade shows and exhibitions
  • Excellent communication skills
