The role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of our services to prospective customers.


What will you be doing?

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads to feed into the sales pipeline through targeted outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Conduct thorough lead qualification to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and identify potential opportunities for our sales team.
  • Schedule and attend discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system Hubspot, and effectively manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies, optimize outreach efforts, and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
  • Expand relationships with prospects and clients, helping them to understand our full services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth


Experience we’d like you to have

  • Proven track record of success in a sales development role, exposure to Solution Selling, Customer-Centric Selling, Sandler, or MEDDIC strongly preferred
  • Proficiency using HubSpot, as well as Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Desire to progress beyond SDR role into areas of increased responsibility in the future.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
