C&C Search is actively seeking an IR Analyst to join an established and growing infrastructure and real estate focused PE firm with over £10milllion AUM.
Office based: City of London, 3/2 but flex required

Duties:
- Answering all investor queries and enquiries
- Report production, spreadsheet and data maintenance
- Build relationships with key stakeholders/investors and potential investors
- Creation and maintenance of marketing materials
- Assist with production of the quarter investor management reports.
- Assist with compliance DD workstreams.
- Manage investor due diligence processes
- Supporting the wider team running core fund-raising campaigns/roadshows
About you:
- Degree in related field, 2.1 of above
- CAIA or CFA advantageous
- 1-2 years of experience in IR, employed or work experience
- Confident, a strong communicator who is happy to deal with investors directly and work under pressure
- Strong understanding of Private Equity, EBITA, modelling etc.
