This highly accomplished London law firm are seeking a motivated, and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join their growing practice and becoming an integral part of the friendly and highly successful team.


The firm welcome candidates who have trained at reputable City or West End Firms and possess 5 or more years of experience in a private client or tax department.


The Department

  • The team are renowned as one of the foremost Private Client firms in the nation. With a rich history of advising both UK and international private clients, this remains a cornerstone of the practice.
  • The Private Client and Tax Department provides counsel to clients with diverse asset portfolios, encompassing international businesses, luxury assets (such as art, yachts, aircraft, and classic cars), and traditional landed estates.
  • They specialise in proactive estate planning, trusts, commercial advice, and wealth protection strategies, aimed at preserving and augmenting clients' wealth while ensuring compliance and upholding reputational integrity.


About You

  • The ideal candidate should possess expertise in advising on UK taxation, particularly for non-UK domiciled clients and international families.
  • Experience in advising on intricate wealth holding and family office structures, along with associated tax matters, is essential.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with trusts and wealth structures in other jurisdictions, whether through common law or case law, is preferable.
  • Exceptional academic background, with a minimum 2.1 and A, B, B at A Level.
  • Profound technical acumen and the ability to articulate complex taxation matters in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Preferably, membership in STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
