We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join a growing marketing team. This role is integral to helping execute and optimize marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and support team projects that enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to learn, with a passion for marketing and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Creation: Help create and curate engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing company social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to support strategic planning.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile reports using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and organizing project files.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.


Key Requirements:

  • Must have experience in B2B Marketing
  • Experience designing basic items such as email banners, social media posts, presentations, canva template brochures
  • Writing skills (PR, news articles, social media posts) and event support
