Your new company

Join our client, a global leader in tech-enabled creative production and procurement, where innovation meets sustainability. They amplify marketing campaigns for some of the world’s top brands through cutting-edge technology and unparalleled expertise. Their passionate team, spread across 64 countries, is dedicated to driving growth, reducing waste, and transforming the marketing landscape.

If you’re ready to make a big impact and be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking company that values creativity and sustainability, then this could be the company for you.

Your new role

We are seeking a Project Manager to be accountable for the project management, coordination, and successful delivery of a global initiative involving the implementation of payroll in 50+ countries via Dayforce. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring full compliance with local legislation, authorities and taxes. The project should be delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within the designated budget, while managing project teams and stakeholders. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives, oversee quality control, and ensure the optimal allocation of resources to meet project requirements. The goal is to drive successful project outcomes that align with the strategic objectives of the organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, risks, actions, issues, and decision logs. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure all standard project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

In this role, you will identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, ensuring that every aspect of the project is aligned for success. You will define and agree on the criteria for project success, identifying measurable business benefits that drive our goals forward. Your proactive approach will be crucial in identifying project risks, issues, and blockers, and you will implement mitigating strategies and contingency plans as needed. When challenges arise that are beyond the control of the project team, you will escalate them to the HR Change Manager and/or the SVP, Global Head of HR.

Compliance is key, and you will ensure that all project activities adhere to our organisational policies and procedures. You will conduct stakeholder analysis to assess the impact of change on key business stakeholders and work closely with the HR Change Manager to engage, prepare, and involve them in the change process. Your communication skills will shine as you create and maintain regular project updates, including plans, reports, and presentations.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will need a strong foundation in project management, backed by a recognised qualification such as Prince 2 Practitioner or Agile PM Practitioner. Your experience in delivering global projects, preferably within HR, using both waterfall and agile methodologies, will be crucial. Demonstrated success in delivering multiple projects on time and within budget, with a focus on business benefit realisation, is essential.

Leadership skills are paramount, as you will be navigating complex environments across all time zones with multiple stakeholders. Your ability to stay highly organised, manage your time effectively, and multitask will ensure smooth project execution. Attention to detail and the capability to understand and solve complex problems are key attributes we seek.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you will be communicating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Your written and verbal communication skills should be highly effective, allowing you to present information clearly, concisely, and in a well-structured manner, tailored to your audience.

We value an approachable, reasonable, pragmatic, and supportive attitude, with a strong ‘can do’ spirit. Your ability to interpret, analyse, and solve problems based on sound technical knowledge will be vital. Proven experience in stakeholder analysis and relationship building is necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.

An understanding of business change management principles and experience in applying these to ensure successful project implementation will set you apart. If you possess these skills and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply and join their dynamic team.

What you'll get in return

They believe in taking care of our team members, which is why they offer a comprehensive benefits package. You will receive critical illness cover, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance. These benefits are designed to provide you with peace of mind and support your overall well-being, ensuring you can focus on your role and thrive both personally and professionally. Join them and experience the security and care that comes with being part of their business.
