About the Role


Revenue Operations Manager


Our client is looking for a strategic, data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to help optimize their Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and boost revenue. In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with senior leaders, driving revenue forecasting, operational strategy, and business growth. You'll report to the Director of Revenue Operations and play a key role in shaping the future of the sales function.


Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with Sales Directors to identify revenue opportunities and optimize performance
  • Drive accurate revenue forecasting and align team targets
  • Create and present sales performance reports to leadership
  • Lead sales target setting and territory management
  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends and provide strategic insights
  • Ensure CRM data integrity (Salesforce) and pipeline accuracy
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and support sales compensation processes
  • Monitor pricing and discount practices to protect margins

Required Qualifications


  • 4+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations (Financial Services, Tech, or B2B sectors preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales/marketing automation tools
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vlookups, Power Query)
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or BANT
