A dynamic and forward-thinking Healthcare Communications agency specialising in providing strategic communications solutions to a range of clients within the healthcare industry are looking to expand their already strong team by adding a Senior Account Manager.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the key point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Developing and implementing strategic communication plans that align with client objectives.
- Overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Providing strategic guidance and support to the team, helping them to achieve their goals.
- Leading and contributing to new business development efforts, including pitching for new accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a Healthcare Communications agency or having worked on pharma accounts, working as an Account Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including an understanding of regulatory environments and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and advise clients.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans.
- Agency experience.
- Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
