Based: Hybrid but must be able to travel to the Central London office 2 days a week


A leading global digital SaaS company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its dynamic London team.


We are looking for someone with a solid background in delivering software-based product onboarding or training, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to end users.

This role is crucial in supporting sales partners with a focus on onboarding, strategy, and training. The individual will work closely with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and seamless experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for resolving complex customer queries, using empathy, problem-solving skills, and product knowledge to address issues effectively.
  • Engage in consultative conversations with customers, applying insightful questioning techniques to identify pain points and match software solutions to their needs.
  • Collaborate with the accounting support team to provide expert guidance in accountancy, offering practical insights to both customers and the broader team.
  • Support and drive partner onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation process for new customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, maintaining a customer-first approach while aligning with strategic goals.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to generate urgency and motivate customers to activate and fully utilize subscriptions.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with external partners and internal sales teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and plan time effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest software solutions and industry trends.
  • Experience in engaging with customers through outbound calls and emails, coupled with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A solid background in delivering software-based product onboarding or training, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong drive to work independently and reach a wide customer base.
  • Deep customer obsession – dedicated to understanding customer challenges and providing the best solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills – able to build relationships and work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared results.


Education and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in technology, with a solid understanding of computer operations and software tools.
  • Experience working within Accounting, Financial, Fintech, Banking firm environments, with a keen understanding of the workflows and challenges faced by these organizations.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
