What You'll Do:

  • Lead a high-energy team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Own the success of your department, making sure operations run smoothly and profitably.
  • Drive a culture of exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Take the reins and confidently manage the store in the absence of senior managers.
