Do you have a knack for developing leadership capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement? If you're a proactive, innovative Learning & Development professional with experience in designing training materials and delivering training sessions, and are ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you

The Role

As a Learning & Development Manager at Bunch, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by developing and implementing an L&D strategy that aligns with our business goals. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally with experience in a tech scale-up. You’ll be collaborating with teams at all levels, from C-Suite to line managers, and will be a champion for a learning culture that supports our team’s personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Implementation: Lead the development and execution of the L&D strategy to support leadership, management, and career development.
  • Leadership & Management Development: Implement programmes for C-Suite, senior, and mid-level managers, and oversee the Future Leaders Programme.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Revamp and manage a seamless 6 month onboarding process for new hires across all locations.
  • Process Alignment: Work with the Quality Assurance Manager and Change Manager to establish a central knowledge centre and ensure standardised operating procedures.
  • Learning Programmes: Design training modules with input from team managers and the Quality Assurance Manager, ensuring that the content is relevant and effective in addressing skills gaps.
  • Process-Specific Training: Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to develop training specifically focused on business processes, ensuring that all staff, including new starters, are fully fluent in these procedures.
  • Learning Management System: Manage the implementation and maintenance of an LMS for effective training delivery.
  • Change Management: Support staff during organisational changes by providing relevant learning and development resources.
  • Career Development: Advocate for continuous learning and create personalised career development plans for employees.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a fast-paced environment like a tech scale-up.
  • You have experience developing and delivering L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
  • You are skilled at designing and delivering training programmes and conducting capability assessments.
  • You are adept at managing budgets and using data and analytics to measure the impact of L&D initiatives.
  • You thrive in a team environment and have strong communication and project management skills.

Desirable but not essential:

  • You have professional certifications (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent) and experience with geographically dispersed teams or LMS platforms.

What You'll Get from Us

  • A salary of £40-50K.
  • Enjoy 25 days of holiday plus an extra day off for your birthday
