Ador Talent is partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most innovative coffee companies, and we’re looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to drive our client’s B2B sales to new heights. Their reputation for exceptional service and premium products has fueled continuous growth, and they’re now seeking talented individuals to join their expanding team.

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Drive B2B sales by engaging with key decision-makers across industries.
  • Demonstrate state-of-the-art coffee machines and introduce leasing financial solutions.
  • Generate your own leads through cold calling, securing appointments and closing deals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives on hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success.
  • Strong ability to generate new business opportunities and cold call potential clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • A presentable and professional approach to building client relationships.
