Ador Talent is partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most innovative coffee companies, and we’re looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to drive our client’s B2B sales to new heights. If you're a driven sales professional with a passion for closing deals and exceeding targets, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Company:
With over 30 years of industry leadership, our client is a pioneer in the UK coffee market, renowned for its award-winning, grade 1 coffee and cutting-edge coffee machines. Their reputation for exceptional service and premium products has fueled continuous growth, and they’re now seeking talented individuals to join their expanding team.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive B2B sales by engaging with key decision-makers across industries.
- Demonstrate state-of-the-art coffee machines and introduce leasing financial solutions.
- Generate your own leads through cold calling, securing appointments and closing deals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives on hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success.
- Strong ability to generate new business opportunities and cold call potential clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.
- A presentable and professional approach to building client relationships.
