Role Overview:

Do you have a knack for solving problems and helping others? We're looking for an IT Support Administrator to be the go-to person for all things tech You’ll support the team, keep the network humming, and make sure everything from desktops to servers runs smoothly.


What You’ll Do:

  • First-Level Support: Helping users with their tech troubles.
  • System Administration: Manage our service desk, keep our systems secure, and handle telecom operations.
  • Upgrades & Installs: Take charge of hardware and software upgrades and installations.
  • Business Continuity: Ensure our crucial business services are always up and running.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of all activities in the service desk system.
  • On the Move: Occasionally travel (10-20%) and be ready to work flexible hours and be on call when needed.


What You Need:

Essential:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Microsoft and other tech certifications.
  • 1-5 years of experience in IT support.
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Solid understanding of desktop, hardware, software applications, LAN, and network admin.
