Key Responsibilities:

  • Content creation: develop and produce content tailored for mortgage brokers and financial professionals, highlighting how our proposition is transforming the mortgage marketing
  • Strategy development: create and implement a social media strategy that focuses on engaging and educating the mortgage lending community.
  • Industry monitoring: stay up-to-date with mortgage industry news and trends, identifying opportunities to create relevant, timely social media content.
  • Product education: work closely with our tech team to deeply understand our products, translating complex features into clear, benefit-focused social media content for mortgage brokers.
  • Engagement and community building: actively engage with mortgage brokers and industry influencers on social media to build relationships and foster a community around our brand.
  • Analytics and reporting: monitor social media performance, focusing on metrics that reflect engagement and lead generation within the mortgage sector. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Channel optimisation: identify and utilise the most effective social media channels for reaching mortgage brokers, such as LinkedIn, X, and industry-specific forums.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Creative teams to ensure a unified message and effective content that resonates with the mortgage industry.

  • Creating and executing social media strategies.
  • Developing content that educates and engages.
  • Utilising social media tools and platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Analysing social media performance metrics to drive strategy and content decisions.
  • Staying current with social media trends and best practices, particularly those relevant to the mortgage lending industry.
  • Engaging with the mortgage community through live events, webinars, and industry discussions on social media.


Experience with the basics of coding and an undergraduate degree from a top-rated university in marketing, business, economics or a relevant STEM would be a bonus.


️ How We Interview...

If your application stands out, you can expect the following interview process:

  1. A 30-minute chat with one of the team.
  2. A take-home task focused on developing a social media strategy tailored for mortgage brokers.
  3. A 60-minute interview split between two team members, where you'll discuss your take-home task and strategy approach.


A Note on Location.

Our offices are in Guildford and Leeds. We support hybrid work but expect you to join us in an office about twice a week.
