  • A premium pub in the heart of Chelsea is seeking an experienced and driven Deputy General Manager to join their leadership team.
  • This high-volume, high-end establishment serves a fresh, Brasserie-style menu and offers a vibrant and upscale environment for guests.

The Role:
  • As the Deputy General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading a dedicated team that includes a Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Leading and motivating staff to deliver top-tier service in both restaurant and bar settings.
  • Managing financial performance, including monitoring sales, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events that attract high guest engagement.
  • Upholding a culture of excellence with a focus on fresh, scratch-made dishes.
  • Working closely with the management team to ensure operational success.

What Were Looking For:
  • Strong leadership experience in a high-volume pub or restaurant setting.
  • A proven track record of managing teams to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid financial skills with experience managing budgets and meeting performance targets.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food and service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive work environment.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
