The project manager role at Festive Road plays a pivotal role in creating better for our clients. This role keeps the project team organized and is the project lead’s right hand with program assessments, strategy & program design, supplier sourcing, implementation and program management. Consulting Project Manager
Salary: £60k - £70k/GBP

You will have a strong understanding of the corporate travel and/or meetings industry, a passion for consulting project management and a strong desire to create better for our clients. You will support project leads in leveraging our proprietary methodology along the program phases of assess, design, source, build, manage.
You will leverage your exceptional organizational skills and industry expertise, driving collaboration within the project team to ensure our clients are delighted with every deliverable. You will use your natural analytical skills to interpret data and find key trends. You will be involved with and support client strategy workshops and sourcing workshops with suppliers. You will assist clients in the smooth implementation of awarded suppliers.
You will work with the wider Festive Road team to continually push the boundaries with our client solutions and support our industry thought leadership where appropriate.
Key Skills Required
- Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the corporate travel and/or meetings industry, for example operations, client management, procurement, etc.
- Client Focused: Ability to lead with client needs and desired outcomes, delivering a solution to match their requirements.
- Problem Solving: Ability to map out all components of a case, strong attention to detail, strong listening and questioning skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify the right data sources, analyze data to identify patterns & trends for making informed decisions.
- Effective Communication: Ability to transmit ideas and interpret data in a way that’s clear and understandable to the audience. Excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to form a point of view.
- Project Management: High organizational capability, effectively managing multiple priorities according to agreed milestones and outcomes. Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks. Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: High quality delivery using brand standards, hands-on and results-oriented.
- Effective Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive project environment, work in partnership with colleagues and client teams, proactively communicate, anticipate potential questions and challenges.
Experience Required
- 5+ years experience in the corporate travel and/or meetings industry
- Experience working with corporate travel management companies, online booking tools, travel and meeting supply base, and other travel technologies.
- Experience with SmartSheets, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Project Management experience
Job Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
