Immigration Paralegal

Immigration Adviser – Global Firm – 3 month FTC

Our client, a highly regarded international law firm, is looking to bring on board an Immigration Adviser for a 3 month contract. The role is to start immediately and will suit an Immigration Adviser, Immigration Paralegal, Immigration Legal Executive or a Junior Immigration Associate, who has upwards of 3 years’ experience in advising on business immigration matters.

The successful individual will work closely with the Employment and Immigration teams in advising on Tier 2 Sponsor Licences, compliance audits, PBS cases, Family Visas, Visitor Visas, Business Visitors Visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain and British nationality matters. It is likely successful individuals will have gained their experience in ranked immigration teams or reputable immigration teams of City or leading regional law firms.

The role would suit individuals who are based in London and looking to spend 2-3 days a week in the office, or those who are based regionally and looking for a remote role.

Given the urgent requirement, successful individuals are likely to be available immediately or at short notice.
