Immigration Paralegal

We are a CILEx Regulated firm, authorised to provide Immigration Advice and Services.

We are presently looking for an experienced Immigration Caseworker to join our team, this is role would suit an experienced caseworker, legal executive or paralegal.

The successful candidate will have:

• A relevant degree or qualification related to Immigration Law
• A minimum of 2 years experience working in Immigration law or similar
• A genuine interest in Immigration Law
• The ability to work independently and manage their own caseload with minimal supervision;
• The highest standards of written and oral communication;
• The ability to provide high levels of customer care/confidentiality;
• Experience with MS Word, Outlook and Excel packages;

Preferable attributes include:

• Supervisor level registration with OISC or IAAS;
• Experience of representation before the Immigration Tribunal;
• Experience of Legal Cashiering;
