Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Insights Delivery: Design and deliver reports and insights analyzing business functions and performance metrics. Manage audience metrics reporting, target setting, and projections (e.g., web & app, social media, communications, database).
  • System Development: Build, develop, and maintain reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics using tools like Data Studio, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Lead projects using analytical techniques to uncover insights, guide strategic decisions, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Data Management: Optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Interpret and report analytical results to stakeholders across various departments and partners. Implement quality controls and departmental standards to meet organizational and regulatory expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Anticipate future data and technology needs and design solutions to meet these demands. Communicate results and business impacts of initiatives.
  • Business Value and Action: Lead meetings, capture requirements, and present actionable recommendations based on analysis.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work with Product and Technology teams to ensure proper data capture, ingestion, and surfacing. Assist with the implementation of marketing analytics tools.


Candidates should have a proven background in an analytics focused role either from a client or agency environment. You should have proven experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques to analyse data and draw conclusions to produce actionable recommendations for a range of business units. You should be confident in creating and working with dashboards and databases with experience in PowerBI, Marketing Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics and SQL.

Excellent communication skills are essential as is strong storytelling abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
