About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate mechanical construction projects in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and construction, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. The Mechanical Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical aspects of the project are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee mechanical construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.


Team Leadership:


  • Lead and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.


Technical Oversight:


  • Review and approve mechanical designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.


Health and Safety:


  • Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety measures are in place.
  • Promote a culture of safety among all project participants.
