Job summary
To assist with all Recruitment and Training administration.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinating the administration of CPC periodic training;
- Coordinating Driver Apprenticeship Scheme
- Completion of paperwork for new entrant drivers on a weekly basis;
- Accruals and invoice management;
- Arrange all staff pass applications and renewals for the organisation;
- Ordering and keeping stock of supplies of stationery.
- Creating Staff Records for the new Trainees
- DBS Checking
- Calling candidates to arrange start dates
- Calling candidates for update on DVLA progress
- Staff file management
- Reference chasing
- DocuSign management
- General administrative support for the department
Essential Criteria
- Applicant must be at an advanced level of Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly and at all levels;
- Excellent attention for detail;
- Ability to operate as a team player;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Must be proactive, methodical and results orientated;
- Highly organised, motivated and able to prioritise workload;
- Discreet when managing confidential matters;
- Ability to collate and interpret statistical data.
Hours of work
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
