Working exclusively on an exciting opportunity- to work for a continuously growing food manufacturer- this is a newly created role due to growth.

Retail Customer focused.

North West London- Hybrid working.

Salary up to £45K (DOE) + 10% Bonus.


Responsibilities:

  • Be a voice for the category within the business; keep up to date on shopper, retailer and category trends through continued research and market analysis.
  • Managing multiple data sources (Kantar, IRI, Dunnhumby etc).
  • Generate and deliver regular reporting for the commercial team.
  • Analyse and present category data, identifying any opportunities and threats both internally and externally.
  • Build ongoing customer relationships by providing objective, credible support for all things category.
  • Provide high-quality analysis in response to ad hoc requirements within a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the innovation process.


Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a similar role, agency or client side – ideally within the UK grocery market.
  • Good knowledge of data agencies (Kantar, IRI etc) and understanding of how to utilise information.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to coherently summarise to senior teams.
  • Relationship skills, experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and desire to generate the ‘so what’ and understand the ‘why’.
  • Proactive thinker, able to work to a brief but also generate own insights and analysis.
