Finance Manager – The Role:


The Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the finance function of our business entities. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for managing the finance team, developing staff, and implementing cost controls to align with budget objectives.


What You'll Do:


  • Ensure all financial and management reports are completed promptly and align with group standards.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes that support the business strategy.
  • Implement and uphold strong financial controls and procedures.
  • Take charge of producing year-end statutory accounts and tax calculations, and manage the audit process.
  • Lead and develop a small finance team, overseeing all aspects of transactional finance and payroll.


Finance Manager – What We're Looking For:


  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a multi-entity organization.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
