What we are looking for

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Project Manager to join our fast-paced marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, expectations, and preferences.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to clients.


Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.


Timeline Management:

  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Proactively identify any potential delays or obstacles and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate timeline changes to both internal teams and clients, managing expectations accordingly.


Resource Allocation:

  • Work closely with department heads to allocate resources effectively and ensure that team members are adequately assigned to projects.
  • Monitor team workloads and redistribute tasks as needed to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.


Quality Control:

  • Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.


Budget Management:

  • Collaborate with the finance department to track project budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints and seek opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management within a fast paced environment .
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
