The IT Technician Role

As IT Technician, you will be responsible for all daily operational ICT operations across two sites.


Other duties include:

  • Leading the implementation of all future ICT Projects.
  • Ensuring all systems are ready for use and operating correctly
  • Setting up laptops, mobile devices, display equipment and other specialist ICT equipment.
  • Ensuring all technical incidents are recorded in conjunction with the incident management procedure.


About the successful IT Technician

The successful IT Technician will have strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude towards work and an appetite for knowledge and improving your skills set. You will be an enthusiastic and flexible individual.


The successful IT Technician will have a technical understanding of some or all of the following:

  • Microsoft Office, Virtualised Environments, SharePoint, Windows Server
  • End Point Protection, Active Directory, Networking Principles
