You’ll be responsible for:


Attraction

  • Responsibility for logistics of external Emerging Talent events; ensuring travel has been arranged and further information sent to attendees in timely manner, liaison with couriers to ensure all firm merchandise (campus gifts, brochures, stands) are sent and set up correctly for the events.
  • Booking rooms, arranging catering, finding internal speakers and organising AV for internal events/ assessment centres.
  • Supporting the Diversity & Inclusivity team with Emerging Talent related events, including providing merchandise, preparing presentations and attending as a representative from Emerging talent.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks for all BCLP attraction events.
  • Supporting the Recruitment Managers with the management of social media content alongside our social media agency


Selection

  • Arranging first stage virtual interviews for our Emerging Talent roles
  • Co-ordinating both in person and virtual assessment days for our Emerging Talent roles. Responsibilities include: managing candidates, booking rooms, collating assessment centre materials, arranging assessors and trainees
  • Organising vacation schemes and other relevant graduate programmes. Responsibilities include: arranging and facilitating sessions, booking rooms, organising catering, allocating students to departments and sourcing Trainee buddies and Associate supervisors, on boarding all students, booking final stage interviews


Recruitment

  • Managing candidate communications end to end, including providing outcomes of interviews and assessments.
  • Producing offer paperwork for candidates.
  • Responsible for the collation of signed offer documentation and relevant on boarding documentation, as required.
  • Contacting candidates to provide feedback when they have been unsuccessful in securing a position.
  • Processing expenses from candidates, invoices from external providers, updating the budget tracker and communicating with the Finance department where appropriate.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the Application Tracking System (ATS), PeopleSoft and Chrome River.
  • Updating and advertising all job descriptions and posting roles to job boards for lateral hires.
  • Collating, producing and issuing offer documentation for lateral hires.
  • Maintaining filing systems, e.g. recruitment and personnel files


Skills and experience

  • Previous HR / Graduate Recruitment experience and / or knowledge.
  • Experience of organising and facilitating events.
  • Excellent attention to detail & strong analytical skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
  • Team player
  • Ability to deal with pressure and manage conflicting priorities
  • Well organised
  • Administration experience within an office environment
  • Good knowledge and interest in social media channels
