Our client is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Manager for a leading company in the Transportation & Aviation sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and develop the risk and compliance framework for the business.

The Role
The Risk and Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing and ensuring compliance with risk-related policies and procedures, providing expert advice to the business, and supporting the legal team. Key Responsibilities of the Risk and Compliance Manager:
- Develop and manage an internal audit programme
- Identify improvements to the risk and compliance framework
- Provide training and support on risk identification and regulatory compliance
- Monitor and identify trends from business risk registers
- Coordinate annual reviews of legal and regulatory risk matrices
Required knowledge and experience for the Risk and Compliance Manager role:
- Appropriate risk management and/or compliance experience or qualification
- Good knowledge of data protection law and GDPR
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
