As Commercial Strategy Manager your role will all about enabling the commercial operations to shine, giving the business development team the right tools, insights, and materials to showcase the incredible work and opportunities to the market.

You will be responsible for taking an insightful, creative, and consultative approach to proposition development. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Operations to identify new revenue opportunities, their visionary events, and one of history's most successful teams


You will be responsible for:

  • Lead a strategic approach to developing and building sales materials with support from our internal Creative Studio.
  • Working closely with the insights team to understand their audience and that of their potential clients.
  • Using internal and external data sources, recognise revenue opportunities whether optimising current assets, developing new assets, or creating new products and initiatives.


To be considered for the role of Commercial Strategy Manager you will have the following experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years working within the sporting and commercial landscape.
  • Experience working with creative agencies; you write briefs that make designers and video creators smile instantly
  • A strategic thinker who excels at connecting the sporting bodies commercial strengths with client objectives supported by a data-led rationale.
