This role involves servicing and repairing the Brokk range of machines and partner products, both at our Chelmsford depot and on-site across London and the South of England. Your responsibilities will include delivering new machines, educating clients on machine usage and maintenance, diagnosing faults, and ensuring all services are thoroughly documented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and testing of new machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
  • Educating clients on how to use and maintain their equipment effectively.
  • Performing routine maintenance and customer support.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing faults.
  • Completing detailed job reports and maintaining service records.
  • Communicating clearly with customers about equipment issues and repairs.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The Person

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess strong repair, service, and troubleshooting skills, particularly in electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Have experience in construction or demolition sites.
  • Be flexible with hours and adaptable to a changing schedule.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Be physically capable of meeting the demands of the job, including lifting equipment and working onsite.
