Role Overview:


Betzoo Media is looking for a seasoned Commercial/Affiliate Manager to join our growing team in London. As an Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing relationships with affiliates to drive revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partners, as well as monitoring and optimising their performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively search for and acquire new affiliate partners through various channels to expand our network. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential affiliates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates. Provide support, guidance, and resources to ensure their success within our network.
  • Regularly analyse affiliate performance data, monitoring key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue generated. Use this data to make data-driven decisions and optimise campaigns for maximum profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute affiliate marketing strategies that align with MetaWin's goals and objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on affiliate performance and campaign results. Maintain accurate records of all affiliate communications and agreements.


Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role within the crypto casino, gaming, or financial sector. Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools commonly used in affiliate marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to communicate effectively with affiliates, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure favourable terms with affiliate partners.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
