About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant to join our Symetri Technology Unit, working closely with our Co-Innovation Lab. In this role, you’ll focus on both inbound and outbound sales efforts, supporting our EMEA Sales Teams to drive growth and adoption of our cutting-edge technology solutions. Your work will directly contribute to sustainable practices, carbon reduction, and improving wellness in the built environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the AECO and manufacturing sectors.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of Symetri’s offerings.
  • Drive business growth through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trials to showcase the impact of our technology.
  • Represent Symetri at industry events and educate stakeholders on the importance of sustainability, LCA, EPD, and more.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, especially with outbound sales and pre-sales activities.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of LCA, sustainability practices, and relevant industry standards like LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and more.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to solving client challenges.
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
