Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales within your territory, surpassing targets.
  • Efficiently manage your schedule and communications using advanced tools.
  • Utilise Salesforce to expand your sales territory.
  • Proactively seek out new accounts through strategic prospecting and cold calling.
  • Provide exceptional client support, including training and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive success.
  • Stay informed and share insights during monthly sales meetings.
  • Uphold company policies and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.


Person Specification:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in sales.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building and expanding client accounts.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet targets.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or a passion for hair and beauty.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude towards change.
  • A valid driving licence is a must.


Territory: The role covers the region from Reading to West London.

Package:

Basic salary: Up to £40,000

Bonus: Up to £20,000 per annum

Car allowance: £7,020

Plus:

  • 25 days holiday plus UK Bank Holidays
  • Additional Celebration Day
