The Estates Intelligence model and our 6 A methodology; Aggregation, Automation, Asset Management, Assurance, Audit and Analytics, enable the strategic management of estates and facilities services, which is an evolving model in the FM market.


As part of the ongoing growth of its Estates Intelligence, KBR is actively recruiting to expand its team to deliver current and future public sector Estates Intelligence contracts.


Your Role

This is a 12 months Fixed Term Contract

In this role, you will act as a line manager to our Data Controller and Business Analysts. You'll be the driving force behind our support operations, actively participating in triage calls to swiftly resolve incidents and ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial in discussing solutions with stakeholders, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements and new functionalities.

Collaborating closely with our IT & Systems Manager, you'll define and manage custom developments versus product enhancements, ensuring our solutions remain aligned with client needs. Your ability to understand and translate customer requirements into comprehensive documentation will be instrumental in

driving project success.

As a forward-thinker, you'll stay abreast of industry trends and developments, providing invaluable insights that propel our business forward. Your understanding of our technical roadmap will guide the implementation of innovative solutions for both new and existing clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Significant Business Analysis and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience working in an operational environment using ITIL service management processes
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience in business process development
  • Hold or are eligible to apply for Security Clearance to CTC level


Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of the public sector
  • Functional understanding of all components of the Estates Intelligence Platform, including but not limited to the following technologies:

CAFM Software, including Mobile Delivery Solutions

Database Solutions (SQL Server, Data Warehouse Technologies)

Data Warehouse/ Reporting Technologies

Integration Technologies

Cloud Telephony Software


  • Experience of managing work using Kanban


The role is hybrid. Based at out Leatherhead office (3 days) and WFH.
