About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team in Leatherhead. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal developers, data analysts, and external suppliers to design, test, and implement suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage analysis tasks throughout a project using best practice analysis tools to elicit, document, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage requirements throughout the end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, test, and implement business intelligence, data analysis, and data science solutions.
Requirements
  • Qualified Business Analyst with experience of undertaking a full end-to-end role on multiple or complex projects/programmes.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and delivering methodologies such as Scrum Agile.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and manage projects through to successful completion.
