Estimator
Your new company
Our client is a well respected fitout contractor who offers a complete turn-key solution to their list of premium corporate and public sector clients. With a strong pipeline of work available they are now seeking to appoint an Estimator to their preconstruction team to assist them in converting these projects into revenue.
Your new role
As Estimator, you will be a core part of the reconstruction process. You will be working closely with the in-house design and construction team to effectively cost fitout projects up to £5million. Working closely with the design team and the external supply chain you will ensure accurate costs are used for our clients to present winning bids and tenders for their projects.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a background in estimating and will have knowledge of typical fitout packages such as partitions etc. Perhaps you are a qualified quantity surveyor who has always enjoyed the front end work and would like to deploy your skills and experience in a new way as an estimator?
What you'll get in return
Our client can offer an immediate start to the right candidate with the opportunity to turn this role into a full-time overtime position. There will be an opportunity to work flexibly to suit your lifestyle and a competitive hourly rate and package will be paid to the right candidate.
