Events Manager - Construction Services

Events Manager: This is a 3-month contract, part-time over 3 days to be made permanent, to deliver on companies largest event of the Calendar year. This is a 300/400-person event based in London.

  • Reporting to Head of Marketing
  • Managing event budget
  • Coordinating logistics
  • Working with marketing to promote effectively and via relevant channels.
  • Coordinate / liaise with external vendors, sponsors, and speakers
  • Identify opportunities for potential new sponsors as well as managing existing.
  • Liaising with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Work with external PR and media agencies

The company Looking for an Events Manager: This is an opportunity to work for a highly regarded building consultancy non-profit organisation. This will be a role where no day is the same, where ever changing technology plays a pivotal role. Job Requirements for Events Manager

  • 2 years in a similar Events role
  • Happy with a 3-month contract - but with a view to go permanent.
  • Strong communication skills - English speaking
  • Plan and execute projects
  • Able to communicate and negotiate with external vendors and service providers
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Able to travel to head office 3 days- Bracknell.
  • This company is not offering sponsorship currently.
