What Are We Looking For?


Our Learning and Development (L&D) team is looking to recruit a Learning & Development Administrator to join us on a permanent basis working from our Inverness office/Muir of Ord Office. This is a unique opportunity to work across RSE’s group of companies providing solutions to the business as well as being at the forefront of implementing new systems. This opportunity will provide a unique challenge that will rise to meet your aspirations, allowing you a clear development path for your career within our L&D team.


Some of Your Key Duties Include:


  • To work in partnership with the L&D Manager to create and deliver L&D outcomes.
  • To ensure all L&D Administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To organise and schedule L&D activities and appointments as required.
  • To assist the L&D Manager with the development of training systems and procedures.
  • To assist with training requests and schedules as required.
  • To minute internal and external meetings, collating and distributing the minutes appropriately.
  • Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.


What Do You Need?


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have a very good level of knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Have very good administration knowledge and skills.
  • Be able to organise and prioritise the workload effectively.
  • Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.
  • Be a clear and concise communicator, maintaining a polite and professional manner.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Be able to work well within a team environment.
