This role would offer the successful candidate unparalleled experience, leading the way in discovery, creativity, and innovation.


As the Brand Partnerships Sales Manager for this UK launch, you will play a pivotal role in helping to shape and execute their brand partnership strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with leading brands that align with the ethos and audience.


This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top-tier brands, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the success of one of the world's most renowned festivals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand partnerships strategy the UK launch.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential brand partners in preferred sectors including tech, entertainment, food & beverage, luxury, and automotive industries.
  • Pitch and negotiate partnership agreements tailored to the needs and objectives of each brand.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, events, and sponsorship, to ensure seamless execution of partnerships.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.


Must have Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales/business development roles, preferably within the entertainment, media, or events industry.
  • Strong experience & understanding of brand partnerships and sponsorship sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Contacts within sectors including; Tech, F&B, Ents, Autos, Luxury clients directly
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify creative partnership opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
