We are proud to employ some of the best people in their field and to nurture their talent in a dynamic, flexible and highly stimulating culture where world-beating ideas are cultivated and rewarded.

This role is based in our new Soho Place office – opened in 2023 - in the heart of Central London and home to our Research Lab.

The role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing organisational decisions by harnessing the power of data.

In this strategic and analytical position, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of multiple data sets across the organization, including employee surveys, organizational network analyses (ONA), psychometric assessments, and assessment centre results.

The role requires advanced skills in data analytics and visualization to generate insights that will drive meaningful action. You will collaborate closely with executives, including the C-suite, to deliver strategic recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to empower decision-makers and enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Integrity

  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of key organizational data sources (employee surveys, psychometrics, org network analysis, assessment centers, etc.) while ensuring a high level of data accuracy and integrity across all systems.

Data Analysis & Insights Generation

  • Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and insights from diverse data sets. Synthesize findings to provide actionable recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness, engagement, and culture.

Executive-Level Reporting

  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, including the C-suite. Communicate insights in a way that drives strategic decision-making.

Product Development & Innovation

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve the organization’s diagnostic tools, leveraging data to continually improve their relevance and effectiveness.

Strategic Thought Leadership

  • Act as a thought leader, advising senior leadership on the implications of data findings and how they can be leveraged to achieve key business goals.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and other business units to ensure that organizational diagnostics are aligned with business needs and that insights are shared and acted upon effectively.

Who are we looking for?

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Growth Mindset: Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, embraces challenges as opportunities for growth.
  • Initiative: Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes the necessary actions to implement changes.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: Actively seeks out new knowledge, insights, and innovative ideas to enhance personal and organisational performance.
  • Grit: Shows perseverance and resilience in overcoming obstacles and achieving long-term goals.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of trust, support, and mutual respect.

Experience:

  • Ideally a Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis, preferably in a consulting or organizational development context.
  • Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Strong experience with organizational diagnostics (employee surveys, ONA, psychometrics, etc.).
  • Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to executive audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.

Why should you apply?

  • Highly competitive compensation plus annual discretionary bonus
  • Lunch provided (via Just Eat for Business) and dedicated barista bar
  • 30 days’ annual leave
  • 9% company pension contributions
