Seafood and Eat It is a fast-growing food processing business in South West London that prides itself on the quality and innovation it offers to its customers. From their SW London facility they supply their niche premium products to retailers nationwide. With ambitious plans to grow their business, They now have an exciting opportunity for an Commercial Executive to develop a career with them and help drive the continued growth through innovation and development of new and existing products.

We’re now looking for a Commercial Executive to join our team in Hounslow working with the Commercial Director to manage the supply of our product and the sales to our customers.


You will help with:

  • Purchasing seafood products from our suppliers in UK and Europe
  • Liaising with our customers - some of the UKs largest retailers - to support the sales process
  • Working with the Commercial Director to planning the supply of product from the suppliers
  • Working with the Commercial Director and the wider team to forward plan the supply of product to the customers.
  • Working with the Commercial Director to model commercial scenarios and negotiate agreements with customers
  • Developing market expertise to support bringing new products to market
  • Supporting key commercial processes such as forecasting and planning
  • Building on your knowledge of sustainability to fully support our supply base.

What you’ll bring to the role:

We’re looking for someone who is curious and has a genuine interest in the supply and sales of protein products into the retail market place. Some previous commercial experience in sales, marketing and/or purchasing is required.

It is likely that you will be currently working in a food processing business providing finished products to major UK retailers either in the sales team, the purchasing and supply team or as a Graduate on a Graduate recruitment scheme.

You’ll succeed in this role by demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and thinking big, while also focusing on our core business processes. You’ll be ambitious and be passionate about helping with our mission.

It’s important that you can work as part of a small team, have a flexible approach and bring your ideas to the table
