Responsibilities of the role:


  • Manage and supervise the TORQUE team.
  • Conduct audits and develop solutions to current manufacturing issues.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet production goals.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office, especially MS Project, for project management.
  • Ensure adherence to Six Sigma quality standards.
  • Plan and manage labour resources efficiently.
  • Oversee insourcing vs. outsourcing decisions and processes.


Requirements of the role:


  • Relevant degrees or certifications in engineering, project management, or related fields.
  • Background in Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in labour planning.
  • Resource planning – people resources.
  • Insourcing vs. outsourcing knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
