Role overview


As a recognised award winning Creative Director you will believe that with the addition of your creativity and leadership, we will become a destination agency for the best talent, the most ambitious clients, and above all, creativity.


You will be the driving force on every project; an integrated problem solver with an intuitive knack for creating beautifully simple solutions, outputs, and experiences. You see ambition and greatness in every brief and never tire of pushing the work to be better. With your positive and empowering style, you’ll build relationships with your clients, guiding them through the complexities of creative concepting, output development, and production. You’ll be part of, oversee, and inspire multidisciplinary teams from the initial briefing to the final delivery. You know that vibrant collaboration and teamwork are the keys to every successful project. You write and lead by example.


Your expertise and passion will stretch across branded promotional communication, rare disease, PR, disease awareness, experiential, and education. Core Responsibilities


  • Leadership: As the most senior writer in the agency, you will lead in generating ideas and writing across all outputs.
  • Persuasive Storytelling: Transform science into clear, compelling creative storytelling to elevate our brands above their competitors.
  • Hands-On Role: Lead by example in all creative endeavours.
  • Benchmark Creativity: Aim for the highest standards of creativity, benchmarked by Cannes, D&AD, Clio, and LIA awards.
  • Quality Control: Set new standards for detailed scrutiny, understanding, and quality control.
  • Creative Oversight: Produce and oversee creative work across a broad range of media, exceeding client briefs.
  • Team Management: In partnership with the Creative Director for Art you’ll manage the day-to-day running of the creative team, providing nurturing and management. Identifying and guiding future creative directors.
  • Pitch Leadership: Lead pitch activities, ensuring inspiring, appropriate, on-brief, and innovative creative solutions.
  • Strategic Perspective: Identify and unlock creative opportunities for all clients.
  • Industry Connection: Stay connected to the industry through awards shows, educational bodies, and societies. Anticipate trends and innovations.
  • Network Collaboration: Collaborate across the network for greater growth and opportunity.
  • Financial Awareness: Ensure creative ideas and execution are realistic to budget and align with commercial forecasts and objectives.
