Lead Security Consultant

London based - 3 days a week in office

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments for clients, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Develop and present strategic security roadmaps to client executives, focusing on business needs and long-term security objectives.
  • Provide expert-level security consultation on client projects, addressing change management, data transmission, and emerging threats.
  • Lead client meetings and workshops to gather requirements, present findings, and guide decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to evaluate and monitor project efforts, timelines, and task management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for clients on all security-related matters.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of security architectures, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional development and enhancing the overall quality of service delivery.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant professional work experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience in IAM & PAM (preferably Saviynt).
  • Familiarity with Identity / Access Management products.
  • Strong understanding of access control models, role-based access control (RBAC), and the principle of least privilege.
  • Deep expertise in network security, data protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to address diverse client challenges.
  • Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
